Equine rescues and sanctuaries from across the country gathered in Nashville, TN on September 23 and 24 for the 2016 Homes for Horses Coalition conference. The only national conference for horse rescues and sanctuaries that support the SAFE Act brought together 156 people from 81 different organizations for training, networking and moral support.

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 28, 2015 — Nashville ushers in the spring season as only Music City could—with a chorus of revelry from the fields around Percy Warner Park, home to the annual Iroquois Steeplechase. This year marks the 74th year of this premier Southern steeplechase event, which benefits Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
