American Gold Cup Increases Prize Money and FEI Rankings Classes for 2015

North Salem, NY – June 30, 2015 – This September, the prestigious American Gold Cup will return to Old Salem Farm in North Salem, New York. Now entering its 45th year, the international show jumping competition will play host to a total of five Longines FEI Rankings events, culminating with the prestigious $215,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping New York competition where the top international riders will compete for the prestigious American Gold Cup.

FEI Nations Cup™ Eventing 2015: British team triumph at Strzegom

An all-female team from Great Britain eventually beat an all-male trio from Australia after a tight competition at Strzegom (POL), fourth leg of the FEI Nations Cup™ Eventing 2015.
The three-man Australian team led after Dressage, with Andrew Hoy taking the individual lead on Cheeky Calimbo, but the Brits, who were third at that stage, were collectively faster across country to take a tiny two-penalty lead going into the final Jumping phase.

2015 IEA Western National Finals Day 1 Results

June 25, 2015 – Oklahoma City, OK – We’ve kicked off the 2015 IEA Western National Finals!

Wednesday was filled with plenty of activities as the Interscholastic Equestrian Association had fun at the Welcome Party hosted by the National Reining Horse Youth Association (NRHyA).  Competition officially kicked off Thursday with plenty of excitement, tiebreakers and ride-offs!

McLain Ward and Rothchild Repeat Victory in $210,000 CP Grand Prix

Calgary, AB, Canada – June 14, 2015 – For the second year in a row, USA’s McLain Ward and Rothchild emerged victorious in the $210,000 CP Grand Prix during the ‘Continental’ Tournament at Spruce Meadows. It all came down to the wire in the tournament’s final event on Sunday, as Ward and Rothchild went last in an 11-horse jump-off to win by nine one-hundredths of a second. Todd Minikus (USA) and Babalou 41 finished second, and Richard Spooner (USA) and Chivas Z placed third.

Triple Crown Winner American Pharoah To Jog Friday Around 6:45 A.M.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Thursday, June 11, 2015) – Triple Crown winner American Pharoah has been walking the shed row of Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert’s Barn 33 daily since returning to Churchill Downs on Sunday, but he’s scheduled to return to the track Friday around 6:45 a.m. for a clockwise job around the one-mile oval.
