Erin Haas Echoes Wins in the Junior/Amateur Owner Jumpers at Great Lakes Equestrian Festival IV

Traverse City, MI – July 23, 2015 – Erin Haas of North Face Farm entered Thursday afternoon’s Junior/Amateur-Owner Jumper class at the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival aboard her mount, Coachella, with the same attitude as the week prior – ready to win.  Excitingly enough, she did just that.

Canadian Eventing Team in Third at Pan Am Games Jessica Phoenix Set to Defend Individual Gold Medal

Caledon, Ontario – The Canadian Eventing Team, comprised of Colleen Loach of Dunham, QC, defending Pan Am champion Jessica Phoenix of Cannington, ON, Waylon Roberts of Port Perry, ON, and Kathryn Robinson of Kettering, GBR, produced three clear rounds in cross-country competition held Saturday, July 18, to move into third place in the standings.

Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team Captures Team Gold in Germany

Mannheim, Germany – The Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team was victorious today in the 100th Nations Cup of Germany, held at the Mannheim CSIO5* in Mannheim, Germany. The contest was exciting from start to finish as the talented all-female team of Laura Kraut, Beezie Madden, Kirsten Coe, and Lucy Davis were able to stave off the best efforts of Belgium and Germany, which received Silver and Bronze medals, respectively.

Kent Farrington and Voyeur Top $400,000 Pan American Cup, Presented by Rolex

Calgary, AB, Canada – July 12, 2015 – Kent Farrington (USA) and Amalaya Investments’ Voyeur concluded the Spruce Meadows ‘Pan American’ Tournament CSI 5*, presented by Rolex, with a masterful win Sunday. Competing in the $400,000 Pan American Cup, presented by Rolex, competition ended impressively as the three highest ranked American riders in the world claimed top honors. With Farrington leading the way, Beezie Madden (USA) finished second aboard Abigail Wexner’s Simon, and McLain Ward (USA) placed third riding Sagamore Farm’s Rothchild.

Tori Colvin Tops Hunterdon Cup on Day One of U.S. Junior Hunter National Championship East Coast

Devon, PA – July 6, 2015 – On Sunday, Tori Colvin was earning major jumper victories in Tryon, North Carolina. Fast-forward less than 24 hours and one drive through the night with her mother, and the 17-year-old from Loxahatchee, Florida was winning every class she was entered in at the 2015 U.S. Junior Hunter National Championship East Coast, hosted by the Brandywine Valley Summer Series.

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation was selected as a finalist from more than 4,000 applications nationwide.

Student Equestrians Ride to IEA National Championships

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, June 20, 2015 – 177 of the nation’s leading middle school and high school equestrians competed at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, June 25-26, 2015. The Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) student-riders competed in the Western discipline during the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Derby. The NRHA and the National Reining Horse Youth Association (NRHyA) are alliance partners of the IEA and sponsored the event. The finalists represented 35 teams from six zones throughout the United States. Individuals and teams participated in multiple competitions during the 2014-2015 regular season shows and zone finals to qualify for the IEA National Finals competition.
