It’s an affordable, fun Sunday, and the game is thrilling to watch,” said Franklin Polo Academy Director James Armstrong. “We have great food and drink and plenty for the kids to do. The weather should be perfect again this weekend.”

Local polo talent will be showcased in the Franklin vs. Nashville match. Representing Franklin Polo Academy are Jamey Parker, Geoffrey Woodward and Matt Schwartz, while the Nashville team will include Bill Able, Zulu Scott-Barnes and nationally ranked female rider Alli Henderson.

“Anyone who has been to a match this year will tell you that these players and horses are extremely talented, and we’re fortunate to have them in our community,” Armstrong said. “For spectators, that means we’re assured a really intense, competitive event.”
