\nWhile at the Academy he\u00a0performed \u201cEven If It Breaks Your Heart,\u201d a song which earned Hoge his first ACM nomination as composer in the Song of the Year category.\u00a0 The most recent chart topping Eli Young Band single will compete in both Song of the Year and Single of the Year categories at the 48th<\/sup>Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on April 7, 2013.<\/p>\n
