Tampa, FL – January 7, 2013 –  The 41st Annual Gene Mische American Invitational, America’s “Super Bowl of Show Jumping,” will take place this year on Saturday, April 6, 2012 at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium.

Invitations for the event are extended to the top thirty equestrians on the USEF National Computer Ranking List, plus past and present Olympians and other top invitees. The star-studded line-up will compete for a huge purse of $200,000 in prize money.

Annually, this event showcases exhilarating equine power, amazing speed and agility, and equestrian excellence at the home of the NFL’sTampa Bay Buccaneers. The day is filled with extraordinary entertainment and activities for the entire family to enjoy.

American Invitational Highlights:

To kick off the evening activities, the public is invited to participate in the traditional American invitational course walk. This is an opportunity for spectators to marvel at the size and breadth of the jumps equestrians will navigate their horses over.
